It's been exactly 7 days since ben told juliet he would see her in a week according to all the timelines available on the web. that means today is her last day with the losties, but locke said that the beach raid won't occur until "three days from now". why the delay? and locke said:
"juliet is a mole. she's working for ben. he sent her back to find out which of our women were pregnant. three days from now there is going to be a raid on the beach and they're going to take them."
this is telling. they expect multiple women to be pregnant. otherwise he would say juliet was there to find out if any of the women were pregnant. what would make them expect this, and why didn't that cause a reaction in sawyer? he must know that there is at least a possibility kate could be pregnant

Wait...

Left Behind took place over one night and day... that's day one.
One of Us could have taken place entirely on day two.
Catch-22 took place over a night and a day, bringing it to day 4.
Even assuming it took another day for them to get back to the beach, that still puts us at day five.

Maybe my calculations are wrong?

i've never found any discrepencies in this. it matches up quite nicely with all the episodes.
ben told juliet he would see her in a week on 12/13 and the current island time is 12/21.

Gee, I wonder why Sawyer would guess there's a possibility that Kate could be pregnant?
And he already knows that Sun is pregnant, right?

I think this proves that there are two time loops, which keep looping, there cannot be any other explanations now

maybe Ben was lying to John about the date so they could kidnapp women by surprise more easily?

Ben told Juliet: "I'll see you next week."

NOT 'I'll see you a week from today.'

Next week.

That means ANYTIME within the week following the one they were in when Ben said that. Not 'seven days from now.'

This gives several days' leeway for Ben. . .and for Juliet to get the preggers info. IF his plan was REALLY to raid the beach camp, he wouldn't be setting specific days. Based on what Juliet told him on that first taped report, she was far from finishing her task. IF the raid was the plan, he'd get that recorder back to The Staff ASAP, so she could return with the news that she'd completed the tests. THAT would be his signal to go raid.

But since the raid probably ain't Ben's plan at all, telling Juliet he'd see her next week meant NOTHING. In fact, it seems pretty obvious he planted her there JUST for the purpose of exposing her. Thus, making sure Locke heard the tape, could take the recorder, could give it to James, who'd split the camp in two once the people learned Juliet was a mole--and JACK had supported her! THIS was Ben's plan, and it's working like a charm. . .so far.

So the 'next week' thing is irrelevant. A camp in disarray would be a camp more easily invaded. Or, more likely, a camp divided would fall apart when they came to attack the Others' camp. Ben really thinks he's got it all under control.

Of course, that's usually the prideful point when everything falls apart.

Can't wait to see how this plays out!
