johnnywishbone 05-10-2007, 01:15 AM Ok, i figured i'd get this conversation going, but my mind is still spinning from this episode, so i'll have to come back after i've given it some thought
i do remember liking the line......
Jack : I guess we have some catching up to do
(may have paraphrased that, can't remember)
Dolphinjen 05-10-2007, 01:50 AM I liked when Locke said something to the effect of "Aren't we going the wrong way?" All innocent, like total foreshadowing.
abbybaby 05-10-2007, 02:16 AM I don't know if I have a favorite line, but I love it when Locke was beating the crap out of Mikeal and Ben says Richard! Tom! and they just sat there drinking their coffee! Guess there's a new sheriff in town!
Save The Humans 05-10-2007, 02:25 AM Alex (to Ben, after giving Locke the gun): Happy Birthday, dad.
Diesels Blitz 05-10-2007, 02:27 AM I kinda liked when Alex said "Happy Birthday, Dad."
There were lines I wanted people to say in this episode, but they didn't. It would've been funny if Jacob told Locke "Don't tell me what I can't do." Or if after shooting Locke into the pit, Ben said "This is your destiny, John." :D
Claudia815 05-10-2007, 02:30 AM I absolutely loved Juliet's: "You wanna burn me to the stake...?" OWNED. Again.
Locke not buying what Ben had to sell, but I don't remember the exact lines.
Jack: "Because I hadn't decided what to do yet."
IfoundLost 05-10-2007, 02:47 AM "Help me"
gave me goosebumps.
Electromagnetic Anomoly 05-10-2007, 02:50 AM Ben Crying when he was born...
waaaaahhhhhh, cry baby!
Dublin Dilettante 05-10-2007, 04:45 AM I loved Ben's indignant "may I finish?" to "Jacob." Whether he's off his rocker or conversing with a dimension-straddling poltergeist, in neither circumstance does one expect him to address it like a bickering, henpecked husband. Very amusing.
Captain_Falafel 05-10-2007, 05:14 AM Agreed. The whole Ben/Jacob conversation was brilliant. ME is so good at making these demented Ben moments work.
lostlocke 05-10-2007, 07:43 AM Best line of the episode
Help me.
Just thinking about it now gives me the willies!! I think that Locke is meant to help him. Therefore he cannot be dead, what a great storyline that will be.
Locke : "Well I guess there's a first time for everything !"
Remus Lupin 05-10-2007, 10:49 AM That was great. Locke was fantastic throughout the whole episode! Best was:
Mikhail: Why are you answering to him?
Locke: *kickass smackdown*
Richard/Tom: *staring, sipping coffee*
:24:
Dolphinjen 05-10-2007, 12:44 PM I loved Ben's indignant "may I finish?" to "Jacob." Whether he's off his rocker or conversing with a dimension-straddling poltergeist, in neither circumstance does one expect him to address it like a bickering, henpecked husband. Very amusing.
:rotflmao2: That was hilarious, especially the way you recapped it!!
LOST-FATE 05-10-2007, 01:51 PM Ben and the argumnt with Jacob, bloody fantastic acting by Michael Emerson.
And of course Locke saying: 1) So when do we leave (after beating the living s**t out of Mikhail 2)and then ben saying you know you did't have to beat Mikhail senseless to make your point john Locke: yes i did. 3)Well i guess there's a first time for every thing
and Alex: Happy Birthday dad.
faaaaace 05-10-2007, 02:17 PM i agree with lost-fate:
"uh you didn't have to punch mikhail in the face a million times"
"yes i did."
josette 05-11-2007, 02:05 PM I loved Alperts comment to Young Ben when he asks if he's one of the Hostiles...
"do you even know what that word means?" with that delicious smirk on his face. Oh Alpert, you sly OLD dog....
