Does anyone have a clear idea of when all these events happened on the island?

Like specifically, when did the Purge happen in relation to Danielle's crew crashing on the island and more importantly to when Kelvin appeared on the island? Was Kelvin actually a part of Dharma and the Others just didn't know about him? Or was he just merely an Other like Mikhail?
