I loved how everything shook out with the leadership situation. It was good to see Sayid assert himself, and for he and Jack to come to an understanding.

I agree. Sayid had it right when he asked Jack if his priority was killing the Others or getting rescued. I still think Jack is a good leader, especially when he decided that someone needed to swim down to The Looking Glass. I think he realized it was the right move and changed his earlier decision of not sending anyone to The Looking Glass.

Sometimes people need to get in Jack's face to tell him what needs to be done, but in the end, Jack usually makes the right decision.

It seems Sayid is the true leader as he had the Losties best intentions in mind.
