I think Naomi's comment about Charlie being a truly great musician gave him strength to be the hero he became.
This was a character who was at one time a hopeless heroin addict. Now he is immortal due to his music. This must have been a pop in his willingness to sacrifice his life to save his friends.
Agreed?

He had the courage anyway, we saw that in the Nadia scene.
Still, I thought it was a masterful touch and I loved how Charlie's face lit up.

He surely had the courage inately but the fact that he was going to be remembered forever thru his music I feel was the final push. Thus the name of this epi.

Hearing he was famous wasn't on his greatest hit list....just the most beautiful simple memories that he had to date....joy and wonder moments....his love for Claire and Aaron gave him the strength to draw on his inate courage.

That is a beautiful thought but being an artist means alot... much more than most may think. Once one becomes dedicated to their art it's pretty consuming. Most true artists would do what they do for no money for only the love of someone else understanding their message. I think that even though Charlie has meaning in his life via Claire and Aaron we cant ignore his devotion to his art of music. This is a good thing really as art makes us full as humans.

okay... it was only the epi's name... it means nothing.
I look forward to the dynamite blasting some of the others into liquid
