I found it odd or perhaps an oversight that Juliette didn't question Danielle being there on the island or allowing her to help. Also Danielle who always in the past has had something to say about the Others (when she trapped Ben for example) didn't say anything to Juliette and appears to be trusting her. Maybe Juliette and Danielle already knew each other?

very good catch. Typically Danielle responds quite violently to the others. Perhaps Jack was able to convince her that Juliette was aligning against the Others. Jack planned this awhile back. Remember the epi a few weeks back when she simply appeared at the Black Rock gathering tnt, seemingly per Jack's instructions. I think she has had a few days or more to accept Juliette.

I think there might be an entire scene when Juliet met Danielle (for the first time?) that we haven't seen. For all we know, there could have been a large confrontation...but if there was, apparently it ended cordially...

I wouldn't be surprised if Danielle has some reservations about Juliette.... Maybe since they're all on the same side (for now) Danielle accepts Jack's trusting of Juliette.

Thats true.Dont forget that Jack and Jules(and im not saying that in an amiable pet-name way:42fight: )reached for Danielle when things got hairy and asked for her help before letting the info out on the other losties. So whatever may took place in the first confrontation of these two,we havent seen yet.Maybe never will

It doesn't surprise me too much, really. I mean, once Juliet copped to what was going on, and lay all the facts bare for the Losties, it was clear that she was on their side, so why wouldn't Danielle trust her?

The OP had a point,as no matter what the Losties were up to ,cooperating or not with the Others,Danielle always seemed to have a personal agenda on what her attitude d be.Now this personal agenda seems to be gone, but as i said before, maybe theres more that we havent seen. She originally reacted bad to Juliet but had Jack put her worries to rest, wrongly so,if you ask me

Juliet may have told Danielle about Alex and that is why she trusts her? Just a thought.....

Or Danielle is just being patient and waiting to kidnap her or kill her and do whatever crazy French chicks on an island do when they don't like people.
