I didn't catch this last week, but I know it is rerunning before the finale, and I was wondering, if I've seen every episode of lost to date, is this worth watching? Does it actually reveal anything or is it just a regular recap? Thanks!

I saw it last week ... and I've seen every episode. And if you've seen them all, there was nothing that we haven't seen before. But IMO, a recap show is TPTB's way of reminding us what is important for what we're now going to see in the finale. It's also a way for the one or two people who have missed episodes to catch the highlights. LOL And for me, any hour (or 42") of LOST is always worth watching.:) It's almost like those certain few movies ... you have them on DVD ... great copies, and yet when they come on TV they still draw you in!!! JMHO....

I especially liked the commentary. Confirmation of what they've answered. I think it's always cool to get TPTB's final word on things and the way they think about things.

Damon: "What is the history of this island? Why has the island been drawing people to it all this time?"
The very next thing that happens is they start talking about how the Others recruitted Juliet. Hmm...what happened to the answer?
Shortly after that:
"One of the big questions that arises on the show is "Who is Kate going to sleep with first? And we answered that question."
Um..yeah.
A more fitting title would have been "Lost: The Questions"
