Since we saw Locke walk away while Ben is still in captivity, can we assume that Locke finds the Others (at the Temple) and assumes control? Especially since he can see Jacob and survive gun shots?

Also, he finally killed someone for the island!

With one of his knives, no less! I've always wanted to see him plant one of those into somebody. Awesome stuff.
