I would put Tom as a big name. He has been integral to the others since the first season. Loved the "I didn't believe him " line.

I think patchy is dead but would not rule out him coming back to life.

i dont think the 2 girls we met this week count, just as 9 other of the "capturing pregnant women" crew died.

I'd say Bonnie and Greta are the other 2, and the 2 major characters would be Charlie and Tom.

I'd be more inclined to say it was charlie, tom (major names) and naomi and the 2 girls in the hatch as the minor names.

A bunch of people died onscreen in the ep. There were a total of 10 others, though seven of them were hardly seen and one was little more than a redshirt. Then there was Ryan and Tom. Of course Charlie, as well as the Looking Glass women, and Mikhail. Oh, yeah, and Naomi. So that's seven named characters, plus eight unnamed extras. Unless of course some of them aren't dead. The only ones I can figure on to still be alive would be Mikhail and Naomi. I think it would be great if Mikhail were still kicking. How many times have we already thought he was dead? He's like the Energizer Bunny with an eye patch! And he'd make a great new head bad guy. And he'd make a really cool lead baddie.

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if Naomi is alive. She's been shanked before and survived. Besides, she was hit in the back. That's Jack's specialty. People have survived far worse than that. Locke included. But who says he wont die either from that gunshot.

Charlie and Mikhail, yes. The others in your list are open to interpretation.

I don't think Mikhail is dead. He'll pop up somewhere in season 4 and shock us all again. At least I hope so.

For the love of God, Charlie's dead! Isn't that a big enough name for you? ;)

Also, Tom, Patchy and Naomi. That's a pretty big body count alone not counting all the other minor leaguers.

Funny that you would pick out Mikhail and Naomi. I really think that Naomi is indeed dead, since she wasn't really a regular, so I doubt she will be back next season. I think that maybe Charlie will. I know there has been a lot of reports of Charlie being truly dead, but if they was to indicate that he wasn't dead, than it would not be a surprise next season when he shows up. I think Charlie might be like Mikhail,who was seemly killed a lot of time, and yet seem to survive . Charlie already died once back in season 1, so I can see his death being a fake out. Like he wound up on the beach, no knowing how he got there , or why he's alive.:undecide:

I wouldn't be too shocked if Charlie escaped somehow, although disapointed because it takes gutts to kill of a major and beloved character.

However, Patchy is dead. He held a grenade as it exploded, under water. If the blast didn't kill him I think he'd drown from the trauma.

It wasnt accurate info. There were so many rumours flying that Kate for instance would die and she didnt.
