K, sorry if this a repeat question, but some friends and I have been discussing who it is that hears the whispers. My friend says its only the people that have killed, and its the voices of the dead. I, on the other hand, would prefer them to be pirates or something(pirates...another one of my loves, lol!). So my question: Can ANYONE hear the whispers or are the people that have heard them important, like a clue? Or will you have to kill me if you tell me :lol2:?

As far as who hears the whispers and what the whispers mean and where they are coming from, I'm afraid you are just going to have to keep watching for those answers. But we will answer them, I promise. And the source of the whispers could very well be coming from...PIRATES! YAAARRRRR! Sorry, had to do my pirate voice there for a second!

The whispers are just another of the island's "features" that will be explained and revealed in due time. I'm sorry that's all I can say about that. For now...

That's an interesting question. I don't know that "sally" has been privy to the numbers either on the French Lady's papers or at the the hatch itself, so it would beg the question of how she found out about them in the first place. That being said, we could always construct some sort of scenario in which the Numbers play a part in either her past or her present. Something very cool to think about, I promise I will mull it over with Dawn...
