In January 2008 I'll be coming to Australia to study at the National Uni for a semester. Yay all the way, but I'll need a place to stay...
As I don't know a soul Down Under & don't know how to go about it, I was hoping I could ask the Aussies on this board for help! Any tips on how to find a room are welcome, or -of course, that'd be great- maybe you know a room in Canberra that might be availalbe from february to June/July 2008?

You should get in touch with the University. They'd probably have rooms on campus, or if that's not what you're looking for they might be able to get you in touch with a real estate agent in the area or something. If it's anything like my uni there'll be a lot of student accomodation around the area.
