As far as who is writing them, she is one of the original 48 survivors of the crash of flight 815, but not one of the main 13 "Stars" of the show.* We have taken to referring to her as "Mustang Sally."

Lance is another of the survivors of the plane, who clearly has a "thing" for Sally.* That's all I can say about him.

Now some questions:
1. "but not one of the main 13 "Stars" of the show." Aren't there 14 main stars?
2. original 48 survivors, this has been debated all over the place -- do the count of the original 48 survivors include: guy sucked into the jet engine, the marshal, the co-pilot, and/or Ethan Rom? BTW, what even happened to tourniquet man? Did he live or die?
3. Lance? I thought his name was Larry.

You are correct, Mitluf. Well spotted, my friend.

1) There ARE 14 stars of the show...but there won't be by the end of Season 1.
2) The 48 DO NOT include the guy sucked into the plane, Ethan, the Co-Pilot. They DO include the Marshal. Even I'm not sure what happened to Tourniquet Man.
3) His name is Larry...not Lance. Different dude completely.
