Good questions. Kate has never been forthcoming with anything so I wouldn't be surprised if there were something we still didn't know about her. I am leaning toward it either being Aaron or a child with Sawyer, but with her you just never can tell.

No she would be showing by now. She spend about 2 months (I think) in Austrilia and its the 2nd month on the island. I think you'd be able to tell at this point.
