Who are these people...My thoughts are that they are the people who were responsible for crahsing flight 815 and sayid is killing them all.....

but I am open for discussion.....any ideas?

I'm thinking the people on the list are the ones that are in charge of taking over the island now. The bad guys. Not the freighties, but the organization which hired them.

Maybe that, or maybe they are somehow related to or working with Dharma, or maybe they just simply know about the island. The thing I can't figure is why Sayid is working for Ben. He traded for Charlotte, but that wouldn't explain why he works for Ben off the island.

Perhaps they are the financial backers of the Dharma initiative. Or they're funding the search for the island (and thus the "freighter").

Well I think Elsa worked for Abbadon (&we know Naomi worked for him & even though Sayid didn't kill her its curious as they wore seemingly identical bracelets )*SO* I think its anyone working for him & whatever company/org./group is behind him(Widmore?)

I am thinking it's the people behind the Freighter. Widmore? Paik? and their cronies? Ben has no love for the Freighties.

Abbadon took a huge risk by trying to capture Ben. Now that Ben makes it off the island, Abbadon and company are in big trouble. Ben and Sayid are killing that organization one piece at a time.

I can even see a scenario where Ben willingly goes off the island just so he and Sayid can destroy this organization. The question is, what's in it for Sayid?

Two things being talked about in this thread first who is Ben directing him to Kill and Second why is Sayid working for Ben.

It seems that the people connected to the organization that sent the freighter are being killed by Sayid for Ben.

From what Ben said to Sayid at the end of the episode would indicate that Ben is holding the losties over Sayid's head. He said " do you want to protect your friends or not Sayid"
He is playing on Sayid's loyalty for the Losties as a way to get him to do his dirty work.

Oh yeah a HUGE risk(that was also by chance as had the jamming device not been turned off they wouldnt have found the Island but I digress.........). We can,imo,assume why BEN wants them killed but WHY is Sayid helping??? I too can't wait to find out!!!
It involves "loyalty" & "his friends" so I think it's whoever is left on the island (those who don't want to be found?????:biggrin:)..............I think theres a reason Claire went with Locke & I think she,for her & Aaron's safety,must stay "hidden" on the Island & thats one of the reasons Sayid works for Ben.........to protect them & whoever else WILLINGLY stays behind........

Yes, Ben always has a list. He always has to have that list. I think it is a list of people who are trying to find the island, those that hired the freighter people. And to keep the island safe, Sayid and Ben are working together to eliminate those that want to find the island. Just a quick $.02.

I wonder if John Lantham is on that list.
