Boy, doesn't it seem odd that not one single person said anything anytime Locke made a statement about staying on the island. People sure made a quick turnaround, to not even whimpher when it seems that they might get rescued? Don't get me wrong, I think Locke is right, but it seems odd that his people all seem so brainwashed now.

It makes sense for the Losties to be wary of strangers showing up on the island to "rescue" them. After all they've been through I would probably stick with Locke's camp as well.

Wow, Losties afraid of strangers. Who would have thought that the losties would become as bad as the Others. Remember when we hated the Others for being so suspicious of the losties, and wondered why? We could not imagine why they would not want to help out survivors of a plane crash.

I also agree that Locke means they do not want to be found by anyone from the freighter. I wonder if they will be afraid of anyone who lands on the island claiming to want to rescue them from now on?
