Do the telephone exchanges seem odd to anyone else? First there was Naomi dropping the code about her sister. Then we get Miles, who asks to talk to Minkowski twice, but after being told Minkowski can't come to the phone, he gets all casual: "When he can, tell him to call me" (or some such). He doesn't say, in a much more crabby Miles-like fashion, "LOOK, you moron, as SOON as Minkowski gets back from where ever the hell he is, he's got to call me NOW-- it's urgent!" Finally we get what I think MUST indicate code: reminding Daniel that if Minkowski calls, he's to hang up.
I actually think if you watch Daniel from the first moment he interacts with Jack, he hesitates before each answer, like he's confirming in his mind that he's 'sticking to the story'. Of course he's not as adept at it as Charlotte, who seems a much better bullsh*tter (bless her snide little heart:) ).
What say all of you?
