I am starting to wonder if Miles is Ben's spy on the boat.

We already knew they had the manifest because Frank mentioned it last week.

The passenger list would be publicly available information. It wouldn't be hard at all for someone interested to research the passengers.
So the only questions ~how did the freighties know the 815s were on the island and ~why did they go to so much trouble to research the passengers~ if it was really Ben and/or Des they're looking for??
