The FFs in this episode took place about 4 years in the future. This FF took place before the FF at the end of Season 3 when Jack is yelling at Kate, "We have to go back!" So...what happened to the previous 4 years since they've been off the island? Does this support the time theory that 1 second on island is equal to 1 minute off island?
