Reminds me of the photo frames changing in Miles's flashback - maybe a reference to alternate timelines but I'm not sold on that just yet...

I DVR'ed the ep, so I can check, but I think it was a different day of the trial, probably the day after she agreed to the deal.

Sure, but then why would she be wearing the same shirt? I definitely think the trial all happened in one day --

Kate looked so fine in her business attire.

What I noticed was that the jacket that I thought she was wearing over the blouse was gone.

i dont have screencaps, but i KNOW that kate was wearing pants when her mom came to visit her, but this may have been a different day than when the trial ended. The reason I know she had pants on was because i remember thinking "wow, kate looks hot in those pants"

Upon first appearing at the courthouse, Kate was wearing a skirt, which she continued to have on for the first trial scene. During that scene, she was taken into custody for the rest of the trial. She had on different outfits after that.

OK, but if my memory's right, what bothered me was this -- Kate talks to Jack and gets into taxi: pants -- Kate gets out of taxi and goes into her house: skirt.

It's hard to tell because they just shoot her from the waist up when talking to Jack & getting in Cab....you do get a very quick shot of one knee in the cab seat as it pulls away so she has the skirt on also in the preceeding scene getting a deal during the court recess you can see under the table that Kate has on a skirt & I think she leaves that meeting & goes to the cab or they seem to suggest that all happems in a row.....so she had on the skirt pre cab & after cab.

Nah, I checked again - the Kate/Kate's mom scene happens on a different day and she is wearing a skirt in the deal-making scene with the prosecutor. My bad.
