I have a feeling that Jack wasn't just talking about himself and Kate, I think maybe the biggest part of his quest to find the Island again is taking Aaron back there, maybe to be reunited with his real mother and not be "raised by another."

While i'll always see Claire as the mother, KATE is Aaron's mom now, ya know? She loves him and to him, SHES his world. As dreamy as it sounds, it wouldn't be appropriate at his age to change mothers. That's what I think at least.

You're totally right, Claudia 815. The psychic said he MUST not be "raised by another"...implying the results will be devastating. I think that's of great significance, and we've begun to see these "devastating" effects on the survivors..who knows what's back on the island.
