Maybe I have just been here on the ole 'lage for WAY too long and am seeing things that really are nothing. The camera showed a close up of Sayid's hand as he was pulling the gun out to hand it to Lapidus. It looked to me like he did something other than simply pull it out, like it lingered there for a split second. It cut away pretty quickly so I don't know that he would have had time to empty it, or if that would even do any good since I'm sure they have other weapons at hand on the freighter. Something just seemed strange for that instant.

I thought he emptied it, took the "magazine" out? I think thats what it's called?
