"It's stressful being an other".

I think that was one of the best lines of the entire series, so far.

No one start this yet? Yay, more fun for me! :)

Ben: "YOU'RE MINE." Creepiest thing he's ever said, in my book.

Ben: "I always have a plan."

Hurley: "Maybe I'm lucky."

Juliet: "And he knows how I feel about you."

After Juliet badmouthed her. Lol.

Juliette in response to Jacks line about having a therapist.

"It's stressful being an other".

Best line in a while. It was almost campy.

Ben: three months ago in Gainesville, Florida, the Virgin Mary seemed to appear in a patch of mold on the side of an old housing complex. When the word got out, over 5,000 people came to see her face for themselves. You've survived an airline crash on this island. One minute, you're in a wheelchair. The next minute, you're doing jumping jacks. If 5,000 people came out to see a piece of mold, how many people do you think would come here to see you?

God Ben is snarky. I love it! And the "See you guys at dinner" line was GOLDEN!! :woohoo: I loved him in this epi!

locke giving the dollar saying this should get you started
ben asking about the rabbit having a number on it
ben saying see you at dinner
juliets its stressful to be an other
jin saying you said they were friends

My favorite 'line' was how Faraday didn't say anything while the Dynasty-style fight was knocking over everything around him. He mumbled a few times, but he didn't react much. That was great!

I'm watching it again and a couple of other things that made me laugh were Charlotte's "What?" when Dan gives her an incredulous look after knocking out Kate, and...

Ben's "Believe me, you're people are gonna be soooo mad when they realize you still don't have a plan."
And,

"I always have plan."

I don't know how Michael Emerson does his deliveries, but they are perfect.

It's so funny how Hurley always gets one up on Sawyer, and that Ben line is just ,.. CREEPY!

That was the best, I was laughing so hard. I think Sawyer's jaw dropped to the ground, and Ben just went strolling along.

Agreed. Michael Emerson can deliver the lines, but his physical acting takes the humor to the next level. Very funny scene.

I liked the exchange Claire had with Locke...put Locke in his place

You killed one of them, Ben shot one of them, and now we are holding another one of them hostage, maybe we should try a different startegy, I think I should talk to him.

My favorite, by far, was Ben's, "I taped over it" or "I taped over the game" or whatever it was he said. I'm watching the show see, "Red Sox" and am trying to figure out why he's going to show him the game and he interrupts my thoughts. I literally laughed out loud.

Yeah and she says, "Do you like dinner rolls?" Ben says, "I love dinner rolls" or something like that. I looked at my husband and said, "how awkward and strange..."

Loved the dinner line and
Juliet's "ben always wins" YIKES!

"It's very stressful being an Other, Jack" is good, but I thought his reply was even better:

"She seems kinda hostile. Even for a therapist."

jacobislocke

that Juliet line cracked me up... she'd rather mock Jack than tell him WTF is goin' on... it's almost cruel but definitely funny...

but Ben is definitely king of the one-liners... the part where he looked creepy giving the"you're mine" speech, changed face and said "but take all the time you need" and gleefully strutted away... CLASSIC...

I liked this one a lot too. Claire also mentioned the word "hostile" in this exchange which resulted in an interesting reaction from Locke.

The "see you at dinner" was great mostly because of Ben's struttin across the lawn with his folded clothes et al and this silly kid at a birthday party grin on his face as he walks by. No commentary, no explanation. Trot trot trot, see you at dinner, trot trot trot.

Hee. Yes.

Ben. Oh, BEN.

"You're MINE!" And then he stomps off like a five year old who doesn't want to share his toy.

"See you guys at dinner." Ben as Martha Stewart in general was all kinds of priceless.

Charlotte's innocent little: "WhOt?" Hehehehe. I'm evil, but I loved her for that.

And finally the one that mad my little fangirl heart swoon: "He knows where to find me"

This is like the 10th time I've wrote this today! I think the speech that Ben made to Locke were the best lines in this episode. "5,000 people went to see mold, how many people do you think would come to see you"! Great.

It definitely gave me the biggest laugh of the night because I have an overactive imagination and I kept seeing Locke's face miraculously materializing in mold, bread, treetrunks, potatoes, etc. :24:

Ben's casual, "take all the time you need" right after he declares Juliet his.

I also liked Ben's "No, I'm fine." about the sandwich to Goodwin. In that moment you can see he's figured out the affair and it full-on hating Goodwin.

the little smile that twitches across Dan's face after Charlotte says "Whot?" is great too.

Funny you should say that because it seemed to me Ben's look when he responded, "no I'm fine," really said, "I need to kill you and I've just figured out how to do it. Now I've got to get back to looking through the microscope with my girl."
