Great title again. So many meanings... So many levels..
In relation to Harper, Juliette is the other woman. Which I
assume the show was named for.. however..
Also in relation to Ben's her, which could be the other woman.
In the world of Kate and Jack, Juliette is again the other woman.
Juliette resembling Jack's ex-wife, in which Sarah is the other woman.

I don't think there is great significance or a revelation, however
they do seem to find the right names for these episodes lately.

That would be Harper, the therapist, so that doesn't make sense since she's the one who said that line to Juliet.
