Can't believe that the writers finally had him make a move on someone. The way they have written this character was becoming pathetic - never did anything that a woman didn't initiate. Nice to be a gentleman but come on, Kate and Juliet are hot ...do something. Good for Jack.

Agreed. Pretty much everything else happening on the show right now is more interesting than that trainwreck of a "love story."

but he waited on her to say it first... I find that interesting, how guarded he is... I mean Jack is the doctor, you'd think he'd be the overly CONfident one instead of James the conman... reminds me how much I love the fact that LOST's characters are so complicated, multi-dimensional, and ever-changing rather than static stereotypes!!!

Not endorsing the triangle just saying that if the writers are going to pursue these stories it would be nice if they stopped making Jack such a wuss when it comes to women. Write him like he got a set.
