yeah, ya need to put more info than that...

Jacob ben Abraham Kahana, rabbinical author; died in Vilna (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vilna) 1826. His father was rabbi at Brestowitz (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Brestowitz&action=edit&redlink=1), government of Grodno (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grodno). Jacob was the son-in-law of Rabbi Issachar of Vilna, brother of the Vilna Gaon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vilna_Gaon). He lived with his father-in-law, and was supported by him for many years, so that he was able to devote his time to the study of the Law; and he became one of the leading Talmudical (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talmud) scholars in Vilna.

There is also another Kahana reference.

Michael J Kahana is the professor in the Department of Psychology at University of Pennsylvania. His groups research interests are:-

"Human memory and its neural mechanisms, especially episodic memory, spatial memory and episodic memory", the research group also has an interest in brain oscillations.

This is more than likely the usual Lost random coincidence, but thought I would throw it out there.
