If the O6 can lie about the crash and the lack of survivors...that only they ultimately survived (only two died on island 6 made it off) doesn't this mean that the O6 come back alone and with no one who can tell that only they made it back?

although I agree with you. Ben's in charge.

Since the flashforwards suggest that Widmore's people are not sure if Ben is dead, I would assume that the freighter people are either dead or on the island.

Ben is going to fake the events surrounding the plane crash AGAIN. He's the one behind the O6 and whatever lie they're telling. I'm pretty sure of it.

So yes, I think bad, bad things are going to happen to the freighties.
