Wasn't it sort of obvious that it was Michael. He has the perfect position to be a spy he is the janitor who everyone orders around. Really think about how many people ignore the janitor at the office or school.

Seems like Michael would be their prime suspect. I'm sure they're keeping an eye on him.

I think they're doing it themselves, as they go nuts. I sorta got the feeling Minkowski savaged the radio room himself.
They weren't all that stunned when Regina pulled her stunt, so the crew's seen a lot of weird stuff.

I think it is the various crew members that are doing it as they loose their minds from being near the island.

It would not make sense for Ben's spy on the boat to also be a saboteur. You don't want your spy to get caught. Drawing attention to himself would be the last thing he would want to do.

Makes sense to me. If the freighter picks up Michael from his Ben-boat, it would also pick up Walt. Otherwise, what are we to imagine happened to Walt? (I know...we can't imagine that without spoiler font, sigh).
