Maybe that's where this whole Jacob business comes into play. Maybe he allows certain people to time travel on purpose and for a purpose. Certainly Ben and probably Locke too.

Interesting post fran6,...I never thought about it until I realized that Ben may not mean what we think he means when he says to Juliet "you're mine",....knowing Ben, he means "you're my constant". Good idea fran6!

Perhaps, because of the DI's research, Ben does have the ability to physically travel in time. :shrug:

Have you seen the Orchid video released at ComicCon last year? It's on youtube. It opens up a lot of possibilities, IMO. If Ben, Richard, Ethan are doing some sort of "traveling"....it isn't the same kind of traveling that Des/Minkowski experienced.
