I dont know if this was talked about, but Locke, Charlie, Eko, and desmond were all in the hatch when it imploded. So why doesnt locke and the rest of them have the same powers as desmond?

Desmond was the one who turned the fail safe key. Most likely closet to all the radiation and implosion epicenter.

Yup desmond was literally feet from the core of the implosion which gave him a lot of the radiation

I agree Desmond was the closest, he is the one that turned the key. I think this thread may be in the wrong section though. Should probably be in the season 3 section somewhere. I don't mean to be pushy or anything!
