Abbadon seems to be working for Widmore as he helped set up the freighter mission. He told Locke that someday he would realize thae he owed him "one" meaning a favor. Is this going to come into play in the finale? Is lock a sleeper cell like the Manchurian Candidate. At some point Abbadon will "activate" Locke and he will start working for Widmore?

Did he for sure help set up the freighter mission? Or did he just hire Naomi and get her on the freighter with her group? I'm not sure that's really been cleared up yet. I'm thinking he's doing some kind of infiltration job like Ben did with Michael...
