Christian's dead right? The producers told us dead people stay dead, though may appear in visions. For consistency I'd hope that the Christian we're seeing on the island is just another vision or avatar.

Christian doesn't really seem like he needs help. I am wondering if somehow Christian is "suppressing" jacob. It would explain the conflicting things- like perhaps according to Jacob and his people, Claire should raise Aaron, but that Christian thinks someone else should or whatever.

I don't know if Christian is dead or not, I do think think there is potential that he is alive and the reason he "disappears" is due to his ability to travel through time and space, not that he is a ghost.
