Have you noticed that Juliet's voice is heard before revealing the speaker is someone else? I noticed this with the nurse attending to Michael after his attempted suicide and also with future Kate in the shower speaking to Jack.

I think it is either an editing trick or Juliet is evil and still messing with our heroes.

You know, I did notice that. I am guessing it is an editing trick to keep the audience guessing. Though with LOST you never know.

In SNBH, I could've swore it was Juliet in the shower.

I think this is done on purpose to add to the suspense and shock when the person is revealed.

Similarly, Ben's voice is totally different before they reveal him at the end of The Economist.
