02. Daniel en route to the island.
02. Kate, Sayid, and the others in the jungle.
04. Danielle & Karl dead in the middle of nowhere.
05. Ben with Keamy and the a$$holes outside the Orchid.
06. Locke & Hurley in the jungle outside the Orchid.
07. Frank by himself at the chopper.
08. etc, etc, etc....

So many things to clear up! How do you think they will all come together??

oh and 09. THE ISLAND. It will move in two weeks, that's why no one knows where it is. That's why Jack is freaking out. That's why Widmore is waging war. That's why Ben is protecting it with Sayid.

Danielle and Karl were taken care of in episode 10... that's as much as we're going to get this year.

I think this is part of the intrigue they have provided by letting viewers know about the O6, then having them scattered about like they are.

I know Karl & Danielle are gone for the season and maybe for good.

You forgot Jack and Sawyer who are with Frank but then probably head towards the Orchid...my head hurts now *aspirin*

Tonight was great how they cut back and forth to all of the groups. Excellent editing. I might have to rewind the tape and watch that part a couple of times over

You forgot Claire is still in Jacob's cabin, and seeing as every current main cast member has appeared in their season's finale, I think there is a good chance we will go back to the cabin, or atleast view from Claire's point of view.

Yeah we didn't see Claire, but we certainly didn't forget about her and CS, because of his funeral and Claire's Mum being there. Sigh.

I loved how TPTB kept having fake-outs -- Kate will be with Jack and Aaron with Sawyer but then Aaron with Kate and Sawyer goes with Jack and Kate goes to the beach, but wait, Sun takes Aaron on the freighter? And it's like "how are they all going to get to the same place in time???"

Danielle and Karl are in the ground... dead. We will not be seeing them again unless it's in some sort of island flashback story, and that won't be happening in the finale. As far as "Adam & Eve" and "Boone Hill" - I have no idea why you think that would have to get touched on in two weeks. Confused...

wow you guys are right...i had a list of about nine - but there's more like 12 locations happening simultaneously...so crazy.

I read a book a while back called "everything bad is good for you"...

it basically talked about how shows like LOST actually make people smarter. The author was trying to show how watching tv and being involved in tech and pop culture is actually good for our brains. think about it, having to deal with 12 story lines all at once takes some serious brain power....much more than shows like Cheers and old television shows.

I loved how TPTB kept having fake-outs -- Kate will be with Jack and Aaron with Sawyer but then Aaron with Kate and Sawyer goes with Jack and Kate goes to the beach, but wait, Sun takes Aaron on the freighter? And it's like "how are they all going to get to the same place in time???"

I loved it too! It was the perfect set up for one heck of a finale in 2 weeks. It also gives us theorists a lot to chew on until then. I wonder what events take place to get the oceanic 6 together, and what happens when Locke moves the island.

Possible scenario: 1) Others ambush evil commandos at the Orchid, take them prisoner.
2) Jack and Sawyer arrive at Orchid, meet up with Sayid and Kate, who came with the cavalry, er Others.
3) Ben says that the chance to get off the island will disappear pretty soon because he's going to "move" it.
4) Jack, Kate, Sayid, Hurley return to chopper to fly away with Lapidus. Sawyer says he wants to stay (thus Jack's statement last week that Sawyer chose to stay.)
5) Dan gets back to the beach and is about to take over another load when island moves. He, Charlotte, Miles, Juliet and rest of redshirts are trapped on the island, as is Claire, alive or dead.
6) Keamy blows up the freighter before the island moves. Fate of Jin, Michael and Desmond looks grim, but so did the fates of Des, Charlie, Locke and Eko whenh the Hatch imploded. Probably left as a cliffhanger.
7) Freighter crew launches lifeboats and the O6 survive in one.

It truly is a puzzle, as they have referred to it, so many times. We have almost all the pieces, just have to get them all in place.

Seems to me they will just meet up at the Orchid and jack/kate/sayid/hurley will get on the chopper. Hurley counts as 2 people, plus there's Lapidus, so that's all the chopper can take.

OMG that's exactly what I was thinking... Every time that I thought that I started to piece everything together, they completely changed it around again... I have to give TPTB some credit for the clever manipulation that was going on in this show above and beyond what is expected of them.

Sounds like a pretty good guess to me. I would've said about the same.

I have a sinking feeling that everyone except the O6 & Ben are dead.My husband said the same thing, but if this is the case then why the desperation from Jack & Hurley to get back to the island?
