I immediately thought that Sayid killed Jeremy Bentham when Sayid went to Hurley to break him out. He seemed far too unconcerned and like he had everything under control -- like all of the people who were following the O6 and searching them out were taken care of.

And then Ben showed up at the funeral home, so I really thought he was behind it. And then it was Locke? Nailed it for me. How ironic of him (and BEN of him) to put Locke in control on the island and then take it all away from him (and his life) off of the island.

(Of course, by bringing Locke back to the island, is he bringing back to life, like a messiah? Will he be a ghost-person like Christian on the island?)

I definitely feel that Locke will join the ranks of Christian and Jacob. It would be odd if he didn't, considering the coffin parallel to Christian, and the importance of his character with regards to the lore of the show. I can't wait to find out the circumstances of his death.

Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if Sayid had killed him... he did seem very cold and possessing of a few too many details when he talked to Hugo, at least enough to make me wonder anyway.
