I always wanted to start this thread, hopefully I got to it first :)
My fave lines:

Ben: So?
Dan: (to Charlotte about where she was born) You don't know?
Hurley: Dude, I've been having regular conversations with dead people, the last thing I need is paranoia
Locke: (to Ben in reference to finding the flowers--which I can't spell...) I don't know what they look like--had me laughing

So many good lines!

Sawyer referring himself and Jack to Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid...
Locke asking Ben if the Orchid station is the box...
Locke telling Jack that he had to lie to them, and if he lied half as good as he did to himself they would believe him!
Des saying he had 6 months of training about bomb defusing...long enough to learn to blow yourself up!
...the metal in the "time" travel room Locke asks Ben about after he sees the video...
...the video talking about exotic matter...

(Best of all was the kissing though.)

My faves -
The "boom" conversation
Sawyer referring to himself and Jack and Butch and Sundance.
Rose telling Miles, "I got my eye on you, Shorty!"
Jack telling Des, "See you in another life, Brotha!"
And Jack telling Lapidus, "Thank you for all your help and I hope I never see you again!"
Ben - "You mean the time traveling bunnies?!"
Hurley: "Checkmate, Mr. Eko."

Ben: Could you cut me free Kate?

There is a split second where it looks like Kate wants to say, "Do I have to?" :D

The whole thing about Locke not being able to find the anthuriums was hilarious.

Ha! I almost had to rewatch that scene again to find that comment...that would have been funny.

I agree Locke: "I don't know what they look like" (re: Anthuriums).

His tone and the way he was scurrying next to Ben made it even more hysterical. With that scene, Ben's sarcasm about the Box, Locke's fumbling when the Orchid video started rewiding, Ben's candy bar scene with Hurley, TPTB seem to be demystifying Ben and Locke with comedy.

Not "best line" but Ben putting all that equipment in the chamber -- made me laugh too -- the dreaded metal in the microwave thing.

The "You can go now Michael" line.

But the moment of the episode for me (I've already said this in another thread) was Ben pushing that wheel, weeping, knowing full well he can never return to the island.

Immense. Hats off to Michael Emerson again, superb scene.

Ben had a great line to Locke after he killed Keamy. I sure that someone will remember the exact wording, but it was something about leaders sometimes making an error in judgement based on an emotional reaction.

To me, that line came off as a big fat shout-out to all of us fans (and I'm certainly one of them) who likes to complain about some of the emotional reactions of characters like Jack, who take on the leadership roles. I sort of felt like the writers "put me in my place" with that line. Like it was a big reminder that the leaders are only human, and that they are just as subject to making mistakes as the rest of us.

Anyway "Kenny Rodgers" was by far my favorite Sawyerism of the night. I forgot how much I missed those clever nicknames!

Dude on boat: Foreign speak, foreign speak, foreign speak, foreign speak, foreign speak, Ms. Whitmore.

I jumped out of my seat and cheered. Shed a tear when they finally saw each other. I know something is going to happen to them (I can feel it, lol), but at least they got back together.

"Checkmate, Mr. Echo" was great, too.

Sayid's line after Hurley's hilarious one about dead people and paranoia

He says something in the way of paranoia has saved his life a few times.

Kate~ "Why are you telling me this?" after Sawyer whispers to her. ...heartbreaking.

Miles saying "Yes, what DO I mean?" (I have a feeling this character is going to have me in stitches the rest of the time on the show)

Paraphrased

Locke: "Was he talking about what I think he was talking about?"
Ben: "If you mean time traveling bunnies, then yes."

All I could think of when I heard this was Frank the bunny from Donnie Darko.

Ben: "You couldn't find the anthuriums, could you?"
Locke: "Well, I didn't know what they looked like!"

Ben had some great one liners in this episode. Hopefully he'll have more.

When locke couldn't find the plants, and ben just walked up to them and shaked them to him, as if to say, 'are you blind?'

Ben, has become so funny over the last season.

From when sawyer and hurley saw him out and about for the first time, and he said....'see you at dinner'.

To....'Can i have my weapon back now?'

It was sad when he was leaving though.

Sawyer though: 'So whats the plan sundance?'

Well you say that but how would he know Ben did it, and not Locke? The last he saw was them both going down the elevator. I think his "No, he didn't." line was his fantastic ability to lie to himself, which Locke pointed out earlier in the episode. It was good writing, consistent with Jack's denial behavior.

For some reason, the one that got me laughing was:

Desmond: Oh, bloody hell! (when he sees the helicopter land at exactly the moment when the bomb is about to go off)

It was almost comical the way he delivered it, in that sort of (wink wink) to the audience acknowledging that essentially everything that could go wrong was suddenly going wrong (the Murphy's Law syndrome that plagued most of the ep, but to outstanding dramatic effect! Even if it's not all completely believable ;) )

Also loved the "so" from Ben -- so perfect from him, and completely captured what kind of person he is.

I'm with you on that one- been waiting for someone to pick up on the likeness for a while now & it had to Sawyer & his smart mouth!

Also liked his line to Kate in the same scene about one of the dead mercs ticking her off!

Hurley's line about having regular conversations with dead people was pretty amusing too.
