Who do you think will become the new leader of the Losties, and "Man of Science" to Locke's "Man of Faith" now that Jack is OTI?

Sawyer? While he has evolved, he's still a hot-head.

Faraday? Man of Science, but no leader.

Charlotte? Maybe, but she's got her own agenda ( I'm betting she's Annie.)

My money is on Juliet.

BTW -- I loved seeing Rose get in touch with her Sawyer side -- "Who said you could eat those peanuts, Shorty?" LMAO!

Why does there have to be a "leader"? Don't we know how to do things in a democracy?

Sawyer, Juliet, Faraday and Rose all have demonstrated leadership abilities in various ways. And it remains unclear whether the Lostaways will hang with the Others or remain separate.

I think most of the houses in New Otherton are still intact . . . I'd go back there. I would think that would be an attractive option for both groups.

Also loved that Rose was still gathering fruit with no intention whatsoever of "being rescued"...Miles was snacking on the food that she was going to need when she and Bernard stayed behind.

Would have been sweet to see some sort of frantic, on-beach struggle between the Losties, the Others and Keamy's crew while Rose was busy hanging laundry or rennovating her hut, oblivious to the action.

I agree, i think that the Lostaways and the Others will get together in alliance (move back to New Otherton) attempting to get along as normal...realizing their fate that they'll be "stuck" on the island (some want this, others (juliet) dont) anyway while they're attempting to live a "normal" life...these "very bad things" ben talked about will occur....and they will try to be united against them...but then maybe they split again...just as the Locke vs. Jack split the original group of Losties. And it wont stop until the O6 return.

as far as who will emerge as leader....well we know Locke will be the leader of the Others..and if they all come togther he may assume the leadership position over the Losties as well.

is he still on the island? he was in the raft taking the next group to the boat when the island disapeared right?

I think Sawyer with Juliet being his number two, like the way Jack and Kate were. Sawyer may be hot headed, but he is very smart and everyone still looks uo to him the way they did with Jack

Juliet.

She was "connected" to Jack. Survivors trust her (at a certain level), she used to be an Other and has some island knowledge.

She is the key to the Losties-Others fusion under Locke's guidance. ;)
