First let me just say how brilliant this first season of Lost is. This first season, in my opinion, is the greatest premier season of any tv show ever (it even betters such greats as Twin Peaks). I say this because not only is this series highly original, in a myriad of ways, but it is captivating at a level of on-the-edge-of-your-seat film. At a time when studios are trying to get writers to create comfortable worlds, like in sitcom and, to some extent, in things like c.s.i where the characters never change and the situations are all nice and familiar, Lost is doing the opposite. Right, now here comes my plea to you -the people that probably will never read this- Please! I'm begging you, don't mess this up! If I were older, and with age comes wisdom I hope, I would come up to Hawaii and make sure of it myself; but as I am only an 18 year-old aspiring writer, who's dreams have yet to be fulfilled, I will leave it in your capable hands, just don't mess it up. By mess it up i mean do waht every series in the existence of TV has done at some point, which you have yet to do and which i feel you wont do. last nights episode, Deus-ex machina, was amazing and i love the way you put little bits of the puzzle and kind of scatter them throughout the jungle; and i can see all the little links beggining to form (locke with his 'immaculate' conception, Charlie and the heroin).
