I'm Juniebun, but have reregistered as Juniebun39. I thought that I remembered my User Name and Password, but I guess that I was wrong. I also have a new email address. Is there any way that I can get my old account back so I can be Juniebun vs. Juniebun39? In the meantime, I will continue to post as Junieun39.

I actually have a similar situation to Juniebun's message abouve.

I was originally registered to an old email address and my username was perdido_in_lost. I changed that email and I can't remember my password to access my old account here.

Can I change the username I have now (blueregard) to my old username (perdido_in_lost) and keep the new email address?

Also, is it possible for you guys to delete this post? http://forum.thefuselage.com/showthread.php?t=3637 Or if I get access to my old account, maybe I could delete it or edit it myself.

I stupidly attached my name and it shows up as a result on Google search. I'd really appreacite and apologies for any inconvenience!

I can only help you with the latter problem. I can delete or edit the post but it'd still show up in a Google search. Google uses a cache which saves all information and there's nothing I can do about it. Unfortuantely that is the way the Internet works: Once you've put some information out there, it is out and it's very hard/ next to impossible to take it back or control it. So you (everyone) can never be too careful with giving out personal information on the Internet.

I will edit or delete the post once I've received confirmation from Karri that you and perdido_in_lost are actually the same person.

here is the thing. according to your user profile you asked to have your acct closed in 2007.

we understand people changing emails but first we have to make sure you are the same person. i have looked at your previous acct and see the old addy however there is no other "matchable" info to compare. can you just use the current user name for the rest of the LOST series?

that post in question has been up since 2005. it is just now an issue? i have deleted it. anyway, the post can be removed though as Majandra said it may still be held in google's cache.
